The Internet has become a place to share small and big ideas and virtually collaborate with people around the globe. To us, content co-creation and idea sharing have become as normal as watching a movie on a computer screen and reading the news on a cell phone.

However, as creators and consumers of digital content on the Internet we do believe that a new framework is needed to share ideas and creativity respectfully. We urgently need new, innovative business models that allow authors, creators and consumers to equally benefit from the digital sharing revolution.

These are some of the forward-thinking organizations we believe are making an enormous impact on the way we organize, share, consume and enjoy digital content.

We believe in

Creative Commons because they care about creators and are spearheading the design of the legal frameworks for a pro-choice digital content distribution. There is no better way to find out what Creative Commons does and how it works, than by watching this video.

Vimeo because it’s a great community of filmmakers and digital video professionals who really share experience and knowledge.

TED talks because they explain the unexplainable.

Matt Hanson’s open-source cinema projectt A Swarm of Angles, as it seems that he together with Cory Doctorow and Grant Gee seem very serious about changing the filmmaking and the movie business all togheter.
